2. PLACING AN ORDER - ON-LINE SHOP

2.1 Placing an order through our on-line shop at www.fassimare.co.uk is easy. You add the products you want to buy to the shopping basket and follow a series of simple instructions to select your delivery address and payment method.

2.2 If you have a promotional code offer voucher please enter this code before proceeding to check out and pay.

2.3 Confirm your order by clicking the ‘complete’ button at the end of the process. You will then be redirected to the Barclaycard Payment secure website to enter your payment details. By entering your details and clicking the ‘complete’ button, you will be placing your order.

2.4 By placing an order you are offering to buy goods from us. We will confirm that we have received your order but this does not mean that your order has been accepted. There is no contract between us until we have accepted your order.

2.5 We will send you an e-mail acknowledgement confirming acceptance of your order, the order reference, order value and payment method. We suggest you keep this confirmation in a safe place in case you have any queries.

 

3. DELIVERY

 We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days for our STANDARD 2 -3 day DELIVERY service.  We will email you to let you know when your order is on its way. Deliveries are by Courier or Royal Mail first class postage. We only deliver to UK mainland at this current time.

 

4. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES

6.1 Postage and packing charge is based on 3 set tariffs:-

Tariff 1 - Up to £30.00 delivery charge of £2.85

Tariff 2 - £31.00 up to £100.00 delivery charge of £5.95

Tariff 3 - orders over £100 free delivery

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received your order within 2 - 3 working days or you have been carded please check to see if it is being held at a local depot or by a neighbour. If it is being held at your local depot please follow the on screen instructions to arrange/re-arrange delivery or collection.
Some delivery companies will only "hold" your order for 5 days before returning it to us unless they hear from you.
We are charged for all returns. If we have to re-send your order you will be expected to pay for the cost of re-sending it and we reserve the right to charge you the return fees which we will have incurred.

 

5. AVAILABILITY
7.1. On rare occasions should a product be unavailable we will let you know at the time of order.

 

6. RETURNING PRODUCTS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
6.1 You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery.

If you are unhappy with any of our products and would like to exchange/refund an item please inform us through the ‘contact us’ page.  Please include your order number and reason for exchange/return.   We will then email you a returns form to fill out and send back to us.  

6.2 If you wish to return any products, they must reach us within 14 working days of when we dispatched your order.

6.3 Please ensure they are packed appropriately (ideally using the packaging we initially supplied) and include a note stating your order reference, contact details and reason for returning the item.

6.3 Upon receipt, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to exchange the items or receive a refund. If you desire a refund, we will aim to issue a refund within ten working days of contacting you. Any returned items must be sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

6.4 If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods.

 

7. NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE
7.1 Fassi Mare aims for the highest level of quality at all stages of packaging and dispatching your order. Please inspect your delivery and report any faulty or damaged goods within 3 working days of receiving your delivery.

7.3 If the item you received does not correspond to the description given at the time of your order, please follow the procedure for damaged products. We try our hardest to provide a clear and accurate description on the website, together with images of how the product looks. We will pay for the postage return costs, but would be grateful if you would contact us first by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

7.4 Money will be refunded to the same account debited during purchase. All refunds and partial refunds will be completed within 30 days.

7.5 The no quibble guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. If you want more information on these rights, they are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

 

8. PRICING
 The prices on this website are subject to variation without notice, although we will always honour the price of your goods at the time that your order was placed for purposes of refunds and returns.

The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT

9. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms and conditions came into force on the 2 April 2013 and will apply to all orders made from this date.  These terms and conditions can be reviewed and amended without notice.
